Côtes-du-Rhône
NO ADDED SULPHUR RED
Sulphur was already used in ancient times as a preservative and is an important element in wine because it limits the risks during ageing both in vats and in bottles. This confidential cuvée with no added sulphur represents a real winemaking challenge, requiring careful supervision at every stage of the winemaking process through to the moment of bottling, to respect the sanitary standards of the product and to offer all those who appreciate purity, a fruity, precise and delicious wine.
VARIETALS
Grenache noir - Syrah
SOIL/CLIMATE
Situated close to the château on a slightly sandy, clay-loam terroir. Finally, the presence of the Mistral wind throughout the year is a real advantage for the healthy growth of the vines.
WINEMAKING
Harvested during the night, the grapes that go into this cuvée have been carefully selected for their perfect state of health. To preserve the fruit, the grapes are placed in stainless steel vats without adding any sulphites and fermented at low temperature with short maceration. The wine is blended after malolactic fermentation and aged in stainless steel vats before the bottling in February.

TASTING NOTES
This delicious and generous wine has a bright garnet colour, a nose with stunning aromas of red berries, raspberries and blackcurrant, and is direct and dense on the palate. The absence of sulphur and the short ageing period emphasise the fruity flavours. Its crisp tannins make it a really pleasurable wine.
TASTING TIPS
A wine to enjoy in its youth (1 to 2 years) with a platter of cold meats or tapas.
We recommend serving it at 18°C or relatively cool (12°C) to smooth the tannins and make it even better as an aperitif.
